- His/her primary responsibility will be to lead and manage creative requirements (both Corporate and Branch level) for Aakash IIT-JEE under the supervision Creative Head
- Design, review and guide team members on all creative related work across mediums AV, print, digital & POSM
- Should be able to pull off multiple jobs simultaneously along with the assigned team
- Also expected to supervise / design creatives for Aakash Corporate Brand & other verticals on need basis
- An initiator whos passionate about his work, can think out of the box, and come up with proactive ideas besides managing the daily requirements
Experience, Skills and Key Responsibility:
- Cross medium understanding and design capabilities AV, Print, Digital, OOH, etc.
- Proficient in various design platforms like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw, etc.
- Experience in Education/coaching/Engineering/Tech industry preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to stretch beyond office hours when required (during Result campaigns / ad releases)
Minimum Qualification: Graduate. Educated / qualified in design will be preferred who has worked in leading Creative Agencies
