Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Job Location: Bahadhurpally, Hyderabad
Criteria :
- Should have ability to resolve customer related issues and ensure to resolve the
issues or queries over the call.
-Should have good communication skills in English and Average communication skills in Hindi.
- Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
Experience: 0-1 year
Salary: 2.1LPATransportation Facilities: Both ways.
Role: Associate/ Senior Associate-Customer support
Shifts : 24/7 (Rotational) & 6 days working.
