Experience : 10-18 Yrs

Experience :

10-12 years of experience in design, development and manufacturing of EO/IR systems and sub-systems.

Exposure in handling defence related EO/IR projects.

Experience in Optical testing or and analysis.

Experience in working with Matlab for EO/IR analysis.

The incumbent must be experienced in assembly, testing and verification of EO/IR products along with working within both a developmental and production environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Hands on experience in the design support for production, SPC analysis, Prototype manufacturing, troubleshooting and testing of EO/IR Subsystems.

Related technical experience in processing, test and engineering support or manufacturing, preferably in EO/IR technology areas.

Developing product concepts and proposals; designing, building, and testing models and prototypes.

Working with customers to define requirements for deliverables.

Working with the companys engineers and program managers to ensure customers needs are met.

Understand and prepare engineering documentation necessary for the transition from development to production including schematic diagrams, bills of materials, suitable alternate parts lists, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures and test procedures.

Identify suitable products available globally and responsible to select the right technology for integrating with the captive platforms.

Technical discussions with the Customers and Strategic Partners on EO/IR systems and sub-systems.
