We have urgent requirement for CRM profile. Experience candidate can apply for the same.

Responsibilities :

Customer query solving.
Lead generations and fixing appointment for sales team
Introduction letter to party.
Retention of customers.
Converting lost customer.
Preparation of weekly and daily reports.
Coordination with respective departments and person.

Requirements :

Should be Graduate.
Excellent communication and Coordination skills.
Thorough knowledge of Excel and E-mail.
Team handling and good motivator.
Computer Knowledge
1 - 3 yrs experience
Should know Hindi / English / local language
Location - Chennai
