Graduation degree mandatory

Experience

2 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing, Inside Sales Executive or Tele Counselor in Education / Training mandatory
Candidate holding offline teaching/sales experience are not eligible

Job Description

Candidate will be working with parents to enable them to buy our products.
Have to do sales through Telecalls, which involves speaking to parents of children.
The product that is to be sold is Live Online Classes (Interactive Group Classes to help Conversational English and Critical thinking).
Concept selling, Probing, and understanding the need of the user, persistence are critical skill sets.
Excellent English skills are a must.
Converting the lead generated through the online marketing efforts of the company.
Analysing the current sales process and systems to improve customer outreach and pipeline management.
Executing operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
Working as an individual contributor to meet targets and deadlines
