Job Description

The ideal candidate will

Have a good customer base to start with
Have a good understanding of pricing
Have a good understanding of the cash and credit cycle
Have already built a network of buyers
Know manufacturers who can provide quality rice produce
Have at least 4-6 years of experience in direct sales of rice and rice products with stores in and across Kollam and Trivandrum.
Understand the demand cycle for rice and rice products
Be able to share revenue targets achieved in the past
Be passionate about sales and capable to build a sales team
Be looking to step up to the next level in their career
Have worked with Senior management in sharing innovative ideas and expertise
