Desired candidate qualification and experience:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. Civil only
• Minimum of 1 to 4 years overall experience
• Candidates having experience in residential apartments and those who have worked for Architectural firms / PMC's preferred. Must have practical / site experience as well.
• Very good Excel skills
• Very good skills in rate analysis and familiarity with labor productivity
• Familiarity with specifications and sub-contracts.
