Job Description
Overview Experience 5 yrs The role is been described as follows Preparation of batch processing for mass account handling Execution of batch campaigns Troubleshooting with involved departments CyberArk REST scripting Windows Linux Scripting Testing of scripts Technical writing CyberArk Application Administration The Skillset CyberArk product knowledge CyberArk REST API knowledge Windows Linux knowledge MS Office tools English spoken and written Technical specification CyberArk Should have total industry experience of 3 5 years of IT experience with 2 to 4 years of experience in implementation support of Privilege Identity management using CyberArk Solution Good hands on experience in developing IAM solutions using CyberArk Should have experience on CyberArk from 8 xx onwards Experience in Design Installation Implementation User Policies Certifications Privilege account Provisioning creating workflows custom connectors policies Should be capable to deploy install configure CyberArk components Vault CPM PVWA PSM PSMP and AIM as per the client requirements Integrating various platforms with CyberArk such as Windows UNIX Databases and network devices Perform Health check monitoring on all the CyberArk servers to ensure consistent availability of system to end user Manage day to day security operations task CPM plugin issues troubleshooting and resolving user issues Creating and managing Safes platforms and owners Should have knowledge on Password upload utility and PACLI Experience on integrating CyberArk solution with LDAP SIEM SNMP and multi factor authentication Should have knowledge on BCP DR activity related to CyberArk Good Average programming skills in Java Power Shell scripting database Pacli Good to have experience in patch version upgrades Must be able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team lead and project manager to give status update Good to have experience in providing L2 L3 support L1 Panel Gharat Sagar L2 Panel Joshi Kandarp
