Job Description


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Well versed with various job portals ie Naukri,Monster,Linked in etc
  • Experience required in calling , scheduling web interviews, follow-up
  • Should have good communication with writing skills in English.
  • Must have knowledge of MS Excel/word etc
  • Good with salary negotiations with prospective candidates
  • Excellent recruitment process flow, satisfaction and communication.
  • Involved in Recruitment like sourcing, identifying, telephonic & In-person interviews,
  • screening, qualifying and negotiating compensation, internet searches, performed reference
  • checks and candidate onboarding.
  • Well-organized, strong work ethics and willingness to work hard to achieve objectives.
  • Strong Internet sourcing and interviewing (pre-screening) skills.
  • Experience in client interactions and employee Engagement.
  • Taking care of Joining & Exit Formalities
  • Worked on construction, oil & gas, IT, telecom, banking, utilities.
  • possessing honesty and integrity.
