Evaluating the candidates skills Confidence level and Presentation. Responsible for handling walk-In interviews. Follow up with the candidate's for walk-In interview. Getting feedback from the client regarding candidates interview. Follow-up with the candidates as well as with the clients till the candidate joins the organization. Involved in end to end recruitment process and closing the positions on time. To generate leads and acquire clients Meet monthly/quarterly Targets. Client account management as per KYC (Know your client) To find prospect and meet potential clients .Client relationship management
