14+ years of experience in Practice management, with at least 5+ years in Web UI & Modern Digital Interfaces.
Strong track record of managing multiple teams with 30+ engineers.
Strong track record of delivering large scale front-end applications.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Strong experience and understanding of User Experience and Front-end engineering
Lead, mentor, and motivate team and aid them in bringing out the best of their abilities.
Thorough understanding on Omni Channel, Multi-channel User Experience, Immersive & Virtual Digital Experiences.
Solid experience in JavaScript UI frameworks like Angular & React, CanJS and other JS MVC frameworks HTML5, JQuery, Boot Strap, JS frame works, node.js, backbone, handlebars, ExtJS, JQuery UI, Dojo, Ember, or similar technologies
Experience & Exposure to REST APIs / Service integration with Java and .Net Technologies.
Strong knowledge and Understanding in Java / .NET
Defining, documenting and evangelizing UX best practices to the organization as a whole will be a key part of the role
Experience managing projects focused on e-commerce, media based products, and/or localized product

Provide leadership in all areas of the development process, including UI development standards and practices, system architecture and design, functional and technical design and implementation

Collaborate with other engineering teams and cross functional teams.
Provide strong technical leadership to the team and partner teams.
Build the vision for the team along with product management.
