Desired Candidate Profile

Will manage the India team responsible for the design, implementation and management of Log / Metric Collection & Analytics platform running on a hybrid Cloud Computing environment.
Architecting, evaluating, installing and managing globally distributed frameworks:
Multi-tenant Log Collection based on Elastic Search, Kafka, Log Stash, FileBeat etc.
Metric storage & monitoring using technologies like Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana, etc.
Data Lake architecture capable of storing high volume data from multiple sources and enabling batch analysis like using Hadoop/HDFS, Hive etc.
Alert management and auto-healing framework
Collaborating with other internal teams to collect logs/metrics from their workloads
Leading a team of Cloud Systems developers and administrators
Helping with roadmap design, capacity planning, hiring, workload prioritization etc.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization
