Job Description

High end residential interior finishing experience essential with in depth understanding of processes, quality check of material and execution

Heading the site management, execution, MEP coordination with complete end to end responsibility of starting and handing over the site thru its complete lifecycle.
Technically sound with proper documentation knowledge and preparing DPR, WPR reports, working with PMC team at site, attending crucial site meeting, team player.
Sound knowledge of all technical tests, construction methodologies, site safety measures spearheading entire team in one direction.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, excel, word softwares
