Job Description

New York Technology Partners (NYTP) is a full service staffing firm and an Inc 5000 company incorporated since 1999. We have fulltime multiple opportunities in our Hyderabad, India office for IT staffing managers, recruiters, account managers, BDMs with expertise in staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule client calls
Introduce NYTP and its services to prospects with the goal of developing them into clients
Forecast anticipated sales for the branch and area management
Client contract negotiation
Working with the recruiting organization to identify qualified candidates
Sourcing candidates
Resume review and rewrite
Submitting candidate resumes to the client
Project passion and positive energy: build commitment in others candidates, customers, and NYTP team
Excellent computer skills is a must (MS Word/Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Multiple openings, interested candidates forward your resume with your availability for a phone conversation
