Desired Candidate Profile

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following along with a team of highly skilled Developers at a Software Research & Development Center in Pune

Customer Facing

Deliverables (schedule, performance and deliverables) to the customers
Collaborative relationship with the customers
Resource utilization and all reports to customers

Team Facing

Technical and disciplinary leadership of software development and testing teams
Operational and strategic resource planning and execution
Strategic orientation of the team
Development of adequate IT infrastructure
Develop and transfer expertise and methodologies
Guide testing teams for preparing test scenarios for the requirement
Provide leadership to distributed teams working in different technology domains

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Computers, Maths, Statistics, Physics, Electronics, BCA - Computers

PG: M.Tech - Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers, Cyber Security Engineering, Electronics, Electronics & Embedded Technology, Mechatronics, Maths

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
