Desired Candidate Profile

The MI Designer/ Developer is responsible for the MI design and where relevant build of solutions of low and medium complexity in one of the Downstream subprocesses. The solution scope covers all tools (both backend and front end) which have been made operational for use in new solutions. The developer should also be familiar with SAP UI5, participate in developing World Class User Experience and be strong in XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Web IDE, MVC Architecture & Data Service.

Key responsibilities
Works under guidance of the Senior MI Designer to clarify low and medium complexity MI and analytical requirements from a technical solution design perspective.
Contributes to Prototyping in support of requirements definition or technical design questions
Develops Functional Specs/Technical Specs from business requirements
Develops the design for new solutions/enhancements of low and medium complexity (extraction logic, data modelling, DSO/Cube/Update rule creation, reports)
Responsibile for the development in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SAP UI5, Net weaver Gateway & oData Service.
- JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, and MVC Development framework.
Experience in SAP UI5 by adopting the latest UI5 controls
Works with Business Analyst and Senior MI Designer to develop technical design specification for solutions with high complexity
Supervises Build activities of MI Developers and ensures that Build standards are adhered to
Prepares test scenarios, contributes to end-user documentation and user manuals
Executes/leads Unit Test, and Integration Test for the applicable solutions
Resolves defects during test cycles and hypercare
Creates runbooks
Supports the resolution of Production issues in meetings with the Run & Maintain organisation.
Maintains the technical documentation according to agreed procedures.

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
