Roles and Responsibilities

Job description:

Design, implement, deploy and support web-based applications and web services using server technologies stacks that include Java, Play Framework, Micro Services and MySQL

  • Strong Experience in Java8 and Web frameworks such as Play or Spring Boot, REST API Development, ORM , Junit, React JS with Redux and Jest
  • Experience in UI Framework - React JS with Redux, JavaScript/ES6, HTML5, SCSS, NodeJS
  • In depth knowledge of Design patterns and Data structures
  • Should have experience in end-to-end development of software products from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, de-bugging, documentation and implementation.
  • Good to have domain knowledge of Banking/Cards and Payments
  • Knowledge on MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL
  • Solid understanding of concepts like Web Services, REST APIs, Message Queue, Caching, Distributed/Scalable Architecture
  • Understanding of AWS Cloud Computing infrastructure and APIs
  • Solid practitioners understanding of secure application development best practices, such as OWASP
  • Ability to provide innovative technical suggestions & propose solutions
  • Experience in using JIRA, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins exposure
  • Document and maintain all design documents and involve in review process
  • Need to have good debugging and problem solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Agile methodology is added advantage
