Job Description

Position: Lead Data Analyst Modeller

Experience: 8-11 years

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Job Description:

• Good Understanding of Big Data is required(Hive, Spark(Good to have).
• Good knowledge on Agile (Scum), SDLC and Software Quality
• Excellent communication skills on both verbal and written for working with multiple cross functional teams like Business analysts, Program Managers etc.

Data Analyst

• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Creating Data Models and design.
• Using complex sqls to analyze the data using various analytical functions.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Create Mapping Documents, Data Dictionaries and Data Discovery Worksheets.
• Closely work with the Business Operations to Interpret the requirement and create database design for the specific Requirements.

Data Quality

• Developing Data Quality between various Database layers to check the data Quality and identify Anomalies.
• Use SQL/HQL to develop complicated data quality Custom checks.
• Closely work with Business Analyst to understand the Data Quality requirements and convert the same to Validation Queries.
• Understand the nature of the Data to identify fallouts and identify the possible reasons for Data Fallouts and Quality Issues.
• Deploy various jobs using scheduling software like Autosys.
• Use JIRA as a tracking Tool to capture all the tasks.
• Use Git/Bit bucket and Jenkins as Code Repository and Build Creation.
