Job Description
Post- Cluster Coordinator (CC), Nandghar- Odisha.
Location- Kalahandi & Rayagada Location.

Roles and Responsibilities: Cluster Coordinator (CC)
- This position would work in Coordination with the Project Coordinator / Cluster Supervisor Nand Ghar and will support the program team in the field to carry out all activities. He/She will be the Point Person for HLFPPT team for respective Nand Ghars in the cluster.
- Will ensure smooth implementation of the project in the assigned NGs and liason with local authorities and other stakeholders for smooth operation of the project. Will be facilitating review meetings, Village meetings etc.
- Will build capacities of Village Organizers to ensure upkeep of NGs assets & enrolment of Children in Nandghar, regular attendance and maintain close coordination with Village Organizers.
- Will be visiting each Nand Ghar in the cluster (5 NGs in each cluster) every alternative day.
- Will ensure & monitor the daily activities as per schedule and progress of 5 NGs by keeping track through Nand Ghar application and other registers on daily basis.
- Will ensure enrollment and attendance of 40 Children in each Nand Ghar of cluster.
- Will ensure enrollment and attandence of 30 women in each Nand Ghar of cluster for Skill.
- Will be responsible for Community engagement and mobilization on daily basis and to conduct activities like celebration days, village meetings, door to door visits etc.
- Will be coordinating with stakeholders for skill, health, education and nutrition activities.
- Will be monitoring the activities of skill, health, education and nutrition activities.
- Will be responsible to accurate mapping of all assets in each Nandghar and same to be booked in Asset Register for future reference. Will also require close monitoring of the timelines for servicing of assets, repair & maintenance etc. Will ensure that Nand Ghar infrastructure including fixtures is maintained and functioning at all times including the insurance cover for all assets at respective Nand Ghars.
- Will be key personnel for organizing and monitoring events including chabi ceremony event, VHND Day, strengthening Nutrition System etc.
- Will take daily updates from VOs and reporting the compiled details to Project Coordinator and shall by responsible for project based MIS are updated periodically.
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
12th passed or Preferably any Graduate, preferably from social development sector.
- Strong multi tasking skills with an ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in typing, Microsoft office and computer applications.
- Excellent knowledge of local language Odia and English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Well versed with geography of territory allocated.
- ICDS Knowledge.
- Field working experience.
- Bike is Mandatory.
- Smartphone is Mandatory.
