Job Description

Job distribution to other Purchase Executive.
Must have Negotiation with the vendors.
Rate Comparison and PO checked & signed.
New Vendor development with cost saving system.
Online Waybill issue and distribution.
Import order Place and follow up.
Indent to PO and PO to GRN status.
Department wise PO raise & PO approval from Director.
Must deals in different types of Industrial Raw Materials of Casting Industries.
Experience of procurement of Component and Spare Parts of Heavy Earth Moving & Industrial equipments like Hydraulic excavator crane etc.
Work closely with engineering Design & Development to clarify the proper material required for the particular project.
Well experienced as in tendering and procurement, supply planning, MIS Reporting, Inventory replenishing and planning and rate management of materials for various electrical, mechanical, paint & lubricants from approved & non-approved sources, hardware items & other miscellaneous items as per BOM after obtaining approval from competent authority.
Procurement of Capital goods like machinery as per management decision.
Must have knowledge selecting and reviewing the quotations of suppliers.
Perform the tasks of negotiating, sourcing strategic in the area of materials, supplies and services.
Familiar with advance EPR system like SAP MM module for regular working purpose.
Procurement planning based in production schedule.
Preparation of manual as well as system based inventory status..
