Position: Customer care representative
Location: Delhi( karol bhag )
Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Weekoffs.
Working Days: 6

Perform Customer care reprentative
Confer with customers about concerns with services
Maintained accurate and current customer account data with digital information updates
Updated and maintained information in customer accounts according to CRM
fast-paced office for English, Hindi, and Kannada -speaking candidates
Create case logs, record information, establish resolution time, follow-up on issues, and escalate complex issues.
Guide customers through the resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
12th
graduates

Requirements
Strong written and verbal English language skills.
Ability and willingness to communicate via phone and email.
Interview rounds: Two rounds
1 telephonic round
