Job Description

Responsibilities:
Understanding about industry standards related to drywall and false ceiling systems
In-depth understanding about mechanics of framing (Primarily about robustness)
Expertise on various CAD, CAE software and manufacturing process (roll forming, metal profiling, Casting, welding, embossing)
Good grip over fundamentals of static and dynamics of the system
Ability to couple creativity with subject knowledge and coming up with Intellectual disclosures
Developing innovative and workable solutions to Business following methodical approach
Working closely with project leader for meeting project deliverables with quality
Collaborating with teams working on physical testing and structural simulations and getting the job done meeting stakeholders expectations
Developing system-level test method and validation protocol following industry standards
Reporting:
This function may cut across all board and ceiling related requirements as such he/she should report to the R&D Manager.
Qualification:
M.Tech/ Phd Mechanical Engineering preferably with 2-3- years product development focus on system approach, mechanics / structural, prototyping, testing and validation.
Career progression:
Person in this role with time can be an expert in the mechanics of the gypsum system and to support various countries.
