Job Description

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Source and recruit candidates by using portals, databases, social media etc
Have excellent understanding and knowledge of end to end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer
Understanding the client's requirement and matching the profile of the candidates as per the client's requirement and short listing the candidate from various sources in case of niche requirements
