Job Description

Work Profile:
Responsible for end to end recruitment and handle recruitment for Entry level , Middle and Senior level positions.
Understand the requirement of the client for both IT and Non - IT positions. - Sourcing and Screening of CV's through various Sources , job - portals (Naukri and Times) , Social networks and References.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Regular follow up with the candidates till replacement periods.
