Job Description

Must have good english speaking skills and good communication skills.

Leading and managing the HR department.

Should have good knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel.

Must have effective communication through emails & writing.

Handling company's social media accounts like Naukri,com, monster, shine etc.

Maintain & oversee our payroll plan & performance evaluation.

Reporting to management and provide decision through HR metrics.

Knowledge of HR system & database.
