* Responsible for Internal and External Auditors Regarding HR Compliances & Labour Law related queries.
*Must have sound knowledge in Factories Act , Labour Law & other statutory compliance, labour management and industrial relation Laws * Possess good communication skills, Drafting & correspondence talent with Govt. Authorities
* Must have knowledge of Factory Complainces and Statutory Compliances.
* Responsible for monthly statutory deductions & timely submission of statutory dues under applicable Act. * Responsible for timely submission of returns under various law like PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, etc. *Responsible for new registration or renewal of branches with applicable Authorities (PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, ETC).
