Job Description

1. The job of the Sales Trainer is to plan and implement comprehensive training and re-training programs for the sales members.
2. Prepare new Tele Sales Executives by conducting extensive training on technical knowledge, our services, sales processes and developing sales skills and work etiquette. Develop independent sales executives with adequate knowledge and sales pitch.
3. Determine training needs by listening to sales calls, support, coach and develop each sales executive. Efficient training and testing components shall be developed and deployed.
4. To work on individual skill building of each sales agent to perform great and grow in the profession.
5. Develop educational-fun-programs and upgrade job knowledge of sales executives.
6. Maintain positive work-culture and progressive work-atmosphere at all platforms of our organisations.
7. Practically contribute into the sales targets of the teams by developing, retaining and managing performance of sales teams.
