Handling banking activities (cheque preparation, RTGS, NEFT, Online Payment, and Bank Balance.
Enter voucher entries of purchase, payment, and receipt collection.
Verification of bills and invoices received from vendors, employees, etc for accuracy.
Bank, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
Maintain cash transaction &petty cashbook in SAP with voucher reference.
Preparing cheques for payment and dispatching them to vendors and employees etc
Send Advances/ Loans/Receivable details of employees to HR department every month.
Prepared supporting documentation for auditing whenever customers or auditors required.
Raising Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Creditvoucher& Debitvoucheras per the requirement.
PF, ESI, and statutory payments at regular intervals.
Proper keeping and filing of all documents, bills, and vouchers back-up
