Required Candidate profile

• HSC or Graduates or Fresher's or Experienced or DRA Certified Professionals
• Good Communication
• Language : Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/ Hindi / Marathi / Tamil / Gujarati (Any language) with Good English Communication .
• DRA Certified
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language - Preferred
• Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems - Preferred.
• Ability to switch communication styles
