Overall experience of 1+ years in staffing

Solid end to end recruitment process experience preferably with any industry domain specialization
Should have depth of knowledge of relevant domain industry (for eg: HealthCare/Medical(Domestic))
Well versed with various tools , job site search , keyword commands , latest methodologies & sourcing techniques
Should be well networked in market for latest developments & updates
Prefer to have Domestic Healthcare or any other specific industry recruitment experience in high quality hiring
Ensuring SLA / TAT are met well in time / deliveries
Excellent communication skills---verbal, written, in-person and interpersonal skills.

Required Candidate profile
