Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients requirements
Technical knowledge and awareness in the leading technologies will be an added advantage
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Handle full life cycle of a contract / full-time IT recruitment process, an end to end recruitment
Strong team player and a lead with a positive mind-set to drive results from the team
The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and self-directed.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
