SUMMARY

We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of Front End Developer. Front end Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. Front End Developers are required to work in teams alongside Back end Developers, Graphic Designers and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related technical discipline with minimum 7 years of experience in building highly scalable responsive UI on the Web/Mobile.
• Minimum of 4 years web development technologies includin g HTML5, JavaScript, CSS a n d general Web 2.0 techniques
• Experience writing modular/reusable code and using modern JS frameworks like React / Angular JS / Vue, or other comparable frameworks or toolkits
• Experience with web-page optimization, I18N, Accessibility, AMP
• Experience of server-side CSS.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with security and threat modeling
• Open source contribution is a big plus
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB will be a plus
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts will be good
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in Node Js and Dev tooling.
