Job Description
- Should be well experienced in the below functionalities: - FI-GL General Ledger - FI-AP Accounts payable - FI-AR Accounts receivable - FI-AM Asset accounting - FI-CM Cash Management - FI-PCA Profit center accounting - CO-CCA Overhead Controlling - CO-OPA Internal Order Controlling - CO-PC Production Controlling and Stock valuation (MM) - S/4 HANA EXposure
- Need resource to have positive attitude with no behavioral concerns prior.
- Experience in handling transitions from incumbent team to support.
- Customer handling skills with very strong oral written communication Skills (in English), as the resource needs to be Onsite for KT.
- Must have expereriance working with the clients and handling the project delvierables independentely.
- Must have working knoledge on the problem solving solutions.
- VAlue add and advace of having working experiance on Europe projects Job Level
Specific Duties
- Performs and leads specific delivery activities.
- Responsibility for service level and coordination of resources.
- Develops and maintains direct customer point of contact for delivery relationships.
- Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Identifies opportunities for growth within the customer environment.
- Participate in talent acquisition activities.
- Mentors campus recruits.

Minimum Education and Certifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Skills
- Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables. Good priority setting and delegation skills.
- Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
