Integrate monitoring tools like Omi, SCOM, SolarWinds, vROPS with ServiceNow Event Management using Connectors, Listeners, SNMP traps, REST API, Inbound Email actions.
Configure Event rules and Event Field mapping to process event rules to Alert
Create and configure alert rules to automatically create incident/problem
Experience in flow designer to create Flow, SubFlow, Actions
Create Advanced alert correlation rules based on user requirements to correlate alerts
Experience on Event Management Dashboard
Create and configure Manual and Technical Service
