Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:

CORE COMPETENCIES:
o Knowledge on Downstream (Packing, Inspection, Autoclave and Stopper processing) Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, production (line set up activities and monitoring) Support.
o QC and Microbiology equipment maintenance and trouble shootings
o Knowledge on PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition),
o Installation and troubleshooting different types of VFD s(Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, Schneider)
o Troubleshooting of measuring instruments Pressure, Temperature Transmitters, Controllers, I/P converters, Control valves.
o Maintenance and troubleshooting of panel board systems both hardware and software.
o Handling of daily breakdowns.
o Effective communication with original equipment manufacturer to address / resolve the repetitive issues.
o New equipment installation, Commissioning and Decommissioning activities.
o Conversant with Validation aspects like URS / FAT / SAT /DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ
o Good Understanding in control disciplines such as Advanced Process Control (APC), Programmable
o Support for Preparation, Revision and effectiveness of SOP s and PM task lists.
o Coordinating with the OEM and local vendors for arranging supplies as per schedules and inventory management.
SKILLS:
o Good Technical writing skills.
o Trouble shooting skills
o Excellent Interpersonal, written and communication skills
o Effective coordination with cross functional teams
STANDARDS, PROCESSES POLICIES:
o Good Understanding of cGMP, GDP, 21CFR Part11 and GEP, industry best practices.
o Knowledge on Clean room requirements and Regulatory Guidelines
PREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION
Bachelor s degree / Diploma in / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 4 to 8 Years experience.
