Job Description : Solution Architect with 8 to 12 years experience with a great understanding of Agile ways of working with skill sets

Must Have :

- Core Java (strong core java knowledge)

- J2EE - Spring (MVC / AOP), Spring Boot

- Struts 2

- Microservices

- JBoss / Weblogic /TOMCAT

- Web Services ( SOAP / REST)

- Database Knowledge

- Version Control Software - SVN / CVS / GIT

- Build Tool (Maven / ANT/Gradle)

- XML, JSON parsing

- Testing Framework Junit

- Design Patterns

- SOUP UI/Jmeter Basic know how

- Spring Batch, Security

- Docker, Openshift containerization

- Engage with Feature owner and product owner to fully understand requirements and then lead the team for their assignments.

- Build comprehensive launch plans and carry out the post-launch assessment.

- Provide day-to-day technical leadership including code merging and code review.

- Deliver continuous improvements to the existing product, alongside the delivery of new projects.

- Ensure team is following the definition of done criteria for User stories and features.

- Recommendations and executing on both technological improvements and working methodologies for the development team.

- Develop and communicate technical and product strategy to the executive, operational management and development teams.

- Build and manage a top calibre development team and oversee the development.

- Be responsible for task prioritization and scope management.
