• At least 5 -8 years of hands on Sourcing experience
• Experience in sourcing technology professionals in RD environment for Hardware domain like ASIC/Verification, Physical Design, RTL/ASIC Design Engineers etc
• Prior experience in Semiconductor Sourcing (both v olume /niche skills sourcing)
• Strong experience in using social media tools like Linkedin, job portals etc
• Experience with profiling qualified candidates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.
• Understanding of the competitive landscape and target companies.
