Job Description

Looking for candidates who are passionate to work in BPO industry with excellent (customer handling, Communication and multitasking) skills.

Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Languages: Exceptional communication in Hindi & English

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Degree (Full time)

Experience: Fresher to 4 years

Week off: Two rotational Weekly offs

Shifts: Rotational morning shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
