Position: Receptionist

Location:Chennai (Nungabakkam)

Qualification Graduate

Salary Rs. 20 to 25 k

Experience - 2 to 7 yrs

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge about reception System.
• Should know how to deal with vendors/guest/ service providers like suppliers, courier etc.
• Maintain a flawless communication with the employees
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the company.
• Coordinate office management activities.
• Preparing MIS reports.

Desired Candidate profile:

• Good communication skill, presentable, and smart.
• Should have prior experience in reception/ front desk.
