Job Description
The Program: 3 year Job Contract + Training with Stipend for 3 years with a guaranteed Job post-completion (basis performance).Candidates will also receive a dual Bachelor's degree in the hospitality sector.
- 2 months of full-time training in B2 in Germany (August-September 2022) followed by Degree starting in October 2022 (B2 language training will continue in parallel + on the job training).
- Candidate needs to be at B1 level (with certification) Magic Billion will provide a 6 to 7 month full time residential training to ensure this.
- At least 12th class with some experience of hospitality trades preferable.
- Good physical condition.
- Good communication skills.
- Looking for a long-term career in Germany and possibly PR.

Perks and Benefits
- During Job Training candidates would earn Eu 780 /month in the 1st year, Eu 900 /month in the 2nd year and Eu 1100 /month in the 3rd Year
- You also get overtime/extra time options to earn an additional Eu 300-400 /month (40 hours/month).
- After completion of the program, candidates are eligible to work as licensed professionals all over Germany and the EU, with a minimum salary of Eu 2100-2500 PM or INR 2 Lakhs PM.
- Employers prefer candidates looking for a long-term career in Germany and possibly Permanent Residency.
- Before Commencement of Program, Provisional Offer Letters will be provided by the employers with guaranteed jobs after the program + On the job training
