Job Description

Test any new system enhancement relating to Reconciliations.
Manage multiple payment platforms.
Manage escalated issues from team email inbox.
Research and decision email alerts from various banks.
Facilitate meetings with other departments for resolutions and brainstorming.
Develop and train team members.
Analyze team metrics for staffing and development needed.
Excellent verbal written communication
Willing to work in Day/Night Shits as well
Proficiency in English language(Both Verbal And Written)
Immediate joiners will preferred
Highly energetic, Self Motivated with CanDo attitude
