Support the full spectrum of human resources operations duties such as recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling and key policies implementations.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Timely administration of salaries, incentive & other employee payouts
Statutory compliance and management.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support.
Responsible for handling any escalations in employee issues or concerns in an efficient and ethical manner.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
