Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Profile:

Required Experience and Skills

Experience in managing liability insurance claims in an insurance company or in insurance broking

Should have good negotiation and analytical skills

Should have good written and verbal communication skills

Should have good computer skills

Will report to

Sr Vice President Claims

Key Responsibility of the Role

o Management of claims Registration to settlement of claims in a judicious way and as per policy terms

o Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, subject experts, forensic investigators & accountants

o Empanel surveyors, legal advisors and other vendors as required in management of claims

o To ensure adherence to all predefined processes and TATs for claims processing

o To maintain claim files with claim documents

o Close interaction with the Distribution and underwriting team

o To prepare MIS for management

o Any other task as assigned by Reporting Manager / Chief Claims Officer
