Job Description

Flex is Looking for US Recruiter position will be based in Chennai.

Experience: 0 -2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Type:9Months contract under Third part payroll

Here is a glimpse of what youll do

Individual is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition organization and managing and executing tasks associated with interview activities, this includes but is not limited to:
Scheduling of interviews between the candidates and interview teams
Setting up travel for the candidates
Helping candidates with expense processing related to the candidates travel
Individual will also be responsible for creating the offer packet for the candidate including all paperwork and the offer letter for the candidate selected for hire.
Individual will ensure that background checks are submitted and successfully completed.

Here is some of what youll need (required)

Very good communication skills both Oral as well as Written
Bachelors degree in human resources, psychology, Business Administrator.
0 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition

Organization and high attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate processes and make recommendations for
Improvements, lean focus
