Roles and Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful adoption of new technologies by internal business users
• Develop and maintain end-user technologies/applications that support client deliverable production
• Define, image and update how data will be presented in client deliverables. Propose effective client-ready formatting and labeling
• Maintain data integrity and validation of data
• Support internal clients and provide clarity around new data additions
• Work across sectors to resolve process/business issues
• Learn about products, processes and product delivery lifecycle
• Propose, manage and pilot process improvement projects in coordination with operations and IT
• Keep up to date in knowledge of content sets
• Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team
• Provide training and level 1 support to clients in their use of applications and in ingesting data service products

• Ability to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Ability to multi-task and is organized, focused, diligent and can work under tight deadlines
• Ability to perform in-depth research to solve data related issues and questions
• Capable of working autonomously, in a team, and with internal client
• Basic understanding of SQL to edit and run queries on a need basis

Must:

• VBA/ MS Excel and its implementation to automate MS PowerPoint reports

Desirable:

• Prior experience in report development using QlikView and Qlik NPrinting
