Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer centric: Must seek, process and execute client requests and Responsible for relationship management with the client to deliver on current requirements and develop new opportunities.
- Responsible to be a Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients.
- Responsible for the relationship with a customer, from the point that it is handed over
from the sales team
- Responsible for proactively address issues that are escalated from the customer.
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
- Great communication, Negotiation, presentation and client servicing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good Technical skills in -
NET - MVC - SQL - Web services/WCF - JSON/jQuery
Good understanding of WhatsApp Docker setup
Experience in Chatbot - Structured & Conversational
Training of AI BOT
Cloud setup knowledge for WhatsApp & Chatbot
Customer care experience
Good communication skills
BOT configuration
Reports preparation for management
Good presentation skills
Experience in handling clients/vendors/coordination
Experience in creating, maintaining & sharing project plan in all stakeholders
Experience in preparing work flows & get signoff
Experience in preparing requirement document, design etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college
- Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS
- Overall 13+ years of demonstrated advanced proficiency in successfully delivering fulfilment
- 6+ years of experience in project management and leadership of diverse team of 70+ or more people in dynamic, distributed and fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Staff Aug projects and worked closely with Indian and Asian ( Korea) customer.
- 4+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships (preferably at the executive level).
- Good understanding of the processes.
- Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum), Rapid Application Development etc.
- Drive for results. Motivate team while constantly driving towards key objectives.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to provide technology leadership to multiple projects / teams.
- Experience and skill with customer-facing communications and interaction with technical & non-technical team members, and customer stakeholders on project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on the Revenue , Direct Margins.
- Proficient in Email ,Word, Excel, PowerPoint
