LOCATION: Bangalore or PAN India

Experience : 1 - 2 Years of experience in US IT recruitment

Mandatory : Sourcing IT & IT Infrastructure Skills

Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduation

Roles and responsibilites

Develop candidate pipeline using Microland Internal Resume Databank ,Referral Data Bank
Career site, Job Boards.
Internet Based Sourcing ,Web based sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search
Social networking sites to support the India Recruiting Team for various job functions and
levels.
Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques desired.
Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
Target Oriented, strong organization and attention to detail skills.
Prior US IT recruiting experiences in IT Infrastructure firm a plus. The fire in the belly to learn new ideas and succeed.
Ability to work in team and individual environments.
Good computer basics, working experience of advanced Excel, PPT and Word. Data collection, Analysis and Ability to Present in a well-mannered format is a strong plus.
Past of experience of Intelligence Gathering is a plus.
