Job Summary:
- Job Role: Sr US IT Recruiter/ Lead
- Experience: 4-10 Years into US/ IT Staffing
- Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization; PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
- Salary: Excellent Salary + One Time & Recurring Incentives
- Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US SHIFTS)
- Location: Pune /Bhopal (Work from home till COVID-19 settles down)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Work with various stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the requirement / project background.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers by advising on job design, job descriptions, right candidate qualification, and providing value added support throughout the process.
- Work with Program Development and Business Development Teams on all staffing aspects of proposal development process
- Monitor the quality of technical recruitment and implement measures of improvement.
- Sourcing of candidates using Job Portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn. Also utilize Referrals and Vendors in accordance of the Job description.
- Updating the Applicant Tracking System and database on regular basis.
- Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
- Maintain strict turnaround time and adhere to specific requirements.
- Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan.
- Thorough Assessment of candidate's skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
- Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn and other available online forums.
- Negotiate compensation to close a candidate.
- Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process.
- Coordinating with the team to resolve clients/ candidate queries.
- Responsible for handling activities/ tasks allocated by the Manager or V Group.
Qualification/ Requirement:
- Ability to work in a fast paced and competitive work environment.
- Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
- Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of US Recruitment Cycle, Tax Terms, Work Status etc.
- Good understanding of Internet and MS office is must.
- Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Should be ready to work in night shift
- Good to have experience working on VMS requirement. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools
