Job Description:

• Quality Check during Production - Core, Core Coil Assembly, Winding and Tanking.
• Quality Check of Incoming Material.
• Conducting inspections (Stage & Final) and test plans, verification and validation plans
• Tracking and daily reporting of quality objectives and metrics to Quality Head.
• Communication to Quality Head regarding technical reports, quality issues and corrective/preventative actions
• Documentation control and communication of design intent and standard operating procedures
• Strong execution and continuous improvement of the companies quality system.
• Coach, hands-on train and motivate employees to achieve a high performance with respect to quality system objectives and company objectives
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the companies Health and Safety programs.
