Commercial Head @ Steel House

Job Description

Responsibility:

Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Background verification of customer for Finance/credit Allocation
Monitor existing customers with respect to finances to ensure their needs are being met
Assist Marketing team in acquiring new customers and manage client relationships by conducting financial due diligence (new and existing)
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Pricing and coordination for the sales quotes
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Verification of Invoices wrt to Purchase orders
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
Taking care of payment collection from customers (MUST)
Coordination of purchase activity
Coordination with banks for reducing the overall cost of funds for the
company and ensuring compliance with bank-related activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as commercial Head or similar relevant role
Experience in setting up and managing robust payment collection Systems and credit check
Experience in managing relationships with key clients financially
In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mind set
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
